Refund Policy
1. Returns & Refunds

Eligible Returns: Unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise may be returned within 90 calendar days of purchase for a refund.

Non-Exchange Policy: We do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original and place a new order.
2. Return Process

Contact customer service via email (sales@tektonswoodworking.com) to initiate your return.

For defective or damaged items, send photos to receive a pre‑paid shipping label.

For standard returns (no defect), customers are responsible for shipping costs using the carrier of their choice.

Package items securely in their original condition, including tags and accessories.

Include your packing slip or order summary inside the box.
3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 2–3 weeks, processing returns in the order received.

Refund will be the original purchase price or the current price, whichever is lower.
4. Made‑to‑Order or Customized Products

No returns accepted on custom or made-to-order merchandise, except when there is a manufacturing defect.
5. “Return to Sender” Items

Packages returned to us because they were undeliverable or refused will be refunded once processed. We cannot guarantee product availability for reshipment.
6. Defective / Damaged Products

If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact sales@tektonswoodworking.com with the order number and photos.

We will provide you with a pre‑paid label to return the item and issue a refund once we confirm the issue.
