Refund Policy

1. Returns & Refunds

  • Eligible Returns: Unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise may be returned within 90 calendar days of purchase for a refund.

  • Non-Exchange Policy: We do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original and place a new order.

2. Return Process

  • Contact customer service via email (sales@tektonswoodworking.com) to initiate your return.

  • For defective or damaged items, send photos to receive a pre‑paid shipping label.

  • For standard returns (no defect), customers are responsible for shipping costs using the carrier of their choice.

  • Package items securely in their original condition, including tags and accessories.

  • Include your packing slip or order summary inside the box.

3. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 2–3 weeks, processing returns in the order received.

  • Refund will be the original purchase price or the current price, whichever is lower.

4. Made‑to‑Order or Customized Products

  • No returns accepted on custom or made-to-order merchandise, except when there is a manufacturing defect.

5. “Return to Sender” Items

  • Packages returned to us because they were undeliverable or refused will be refunded once processed. We cannot guarantee product availability for reshipment.

6. Defective / Damaged Products

  • If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact sales@tektonswoodworking.com with the order number and photos.

  • We will provide you with a pre‑paid label to return the item and issue a refund once we confirm the issue.
